Contacts
Contacts are your link to Paragon City. They could be anyone, from a reporter for the Paragon Times, to a back street snitch. You will start with one contact at the begining of the game, and as you progress, you will be given the option to choose between a number of contacts to take next. These guys are the people who will give you your missions. As you progress in level, more contacts will become avalible to your use, and your old ones will stop giving you missions, this typically happens every five levels or so. Contacts are situated all over Paragon City, and as you grow in level, you will be given contacts in higher level zones. For example, in the levels 20-30 range, most of your contacts will be situated in the zones of Talos Island and Independance Port. Contacts will also be the people to give you story arcs, which, for a roleplayer, are one of the best things implemented in the game. A full list of story arcs will be coming soon.
