To install the skin, click on the link in the image description, and unzip the file to the Yahoo! Skin directory, which is commonly located at: C:/Program Files/Yahoo!/Messenger/skins . After you've done that, launch your Yahoo! messanger (if it's not already open), choose: Login --> Preferences and one of the options in there is called "Appearances". Where it says "Current Theme" there should be a drop-down menu, and from there select the skin of your choice.
