How to setup a Sig on the forums:
Important Note: Each area with code is "s p a c e d" in order to show you the code and not actually have it function here. Any indication of a space be sure to close that space. If you are not sure what areas you should close, please ask for assistance in our Technical Support Forums.
Novice Signature:
1. First you will need to upload your image somewhere on the net. After it's uploaded right click on it and go down to properties. A window will pop up with that picture's general information.
2. Were it says "Address:" highlight and copy the url.
3. Open up your control panel by right clicking on it and selecting "Open in new window" click on the HTML tab at the bottom of the type field, then past the url into it.
4. In front of the url type: < IMG src = "
5. At the end of the url type: " >
6. When you are finished, click submit.
Intermediate Signature:
1. First follow all the instructions given in the "Novice Signature" from above other then number 6.
2. To center your signature in front of < IMG src = " type: < center >
3. At the end of " > type: < /center >
Important note: Hit submit if you want to add a cool message under your image, otherwise countinue to number 6.
4. Hit enter once.
5. Type any text you wish at this point. You can use HTML for centering, bolding, color, underline, etc.
6. When you are finished, click submit.
Advanced Signature:
1. Follow all the instructions given in the "Novice Signature" from above other then number 6.
2. The following step show you how to center your signature and make the picture into a hot link that will direct whomever clicks on it to a web site. Inbetween < center > and < IMG src = " type: < a href = " url of site you want image to link to goes here " target = " _blank" >
3. Inbetween " > and < /center > type: < /a >
4. Then hit enter once.
5. Type: < br >< b >Whatever your statement is here.< /b >
6. If you wish to change the color to your message; inbetween < b > and what your message is type: < font color = " Yellow " >
7. Also inbetween the end of your message and < /b > type: < /font >
8. Then click submit.
Important note: You may chose any color you want the type to be. The colors you can use are: Grey, DarkGrey, LightGrey, Aquamarine, Blue, Navy, Purple, DeepPink, Violet, Pink, DarkGreen, Green, YellowGreen, Yellow, Orange, Red, Brown, BurlyWood, and Beige. Please type them as you see them listed here without spaces.
