Hello all. My name is Valkyriesong. I am the leader of North Star Avengers, my co leaders name is Destikahr. We are from Sullon Zeks old "good team".

North Star Avengers was born in the summer of 2003. At level 30 and only 20pp in my pocket, Destikahr and mine's old guild (may they never be forgotten) merged with another guild and the merger went bad and the guild disbanded. After that, we decided to be pioneers and start our own guild. On Sullon Zek it was NOT Easy to do especially being on the old "good team" and being a low level, but we decided to forge a guild and make it a grandfather clause that NSA DOES NOT MERGE. North Star Avengers was actually supposed to have been called , but guild admin said our name had to be plural, so we put Avengers at the end of it out of last minute in haste. After almost a month and a half of waiting for the GM's and Guild Admin to work with us. was official.

To test out a solid core group of people, the old rule to enter our guild was that you had to duel a member of NSA in a friendly duel to get in. After time, that law dizzolved with the changing times of Sullon Zek. The good team was the minority,and the numbers of the good team were diminishing over time, but us North Star Avengers pushed on, keeping our goals in mind, but greed out of our vision. In the end days of Sullon Zek (pre merger), still only one guild had ever made it to Plane of Time and that is an old "evil teams" guild called .

Before the merger, EQ2 came out as well as World of Warcraft and the numbers on Sullon Zek took a rapid plummit to an all time low. By then many guilds dizzolved and Plane of Knowlege was a mere ghost town but my Avengers and I pressed on. In the last days before the merger only Two good guilds stood. It was us and a smaller guild called who is much older than our guild, much smaller, but deserve credit for survival through the storm of changes on Sullon Zek.

Now, we stand here on Zek. We are not in the Elemental Planes (yet), we are not in Plane of Time. We are pioneers and survivors of the worst of changes and we strive on to reach our goals. We are thankful that we can now guild and group with those of dark races and short races, where we could not on Sullon Zek. The game would not let you even if you wanted to.

When I return to the states, I am going to give North Star Avengers my all, as I did before the merger. I'm not perfect. I make mistakes as any other human being and I love my guild and my guild mates. I treat and respect them as if they were my own friends and family in real life and I will continue to make self sacrifices to get my guild closer to our goals.

Greetings the guilds name is North Star Avengers. The game we play is EQ 1 on the Recenctly merged Zek server. Most of our guild consists of Old Sullon Sek players. The nice thing about the merge is with Tallon Zek, Rallos Zek, and Vallon Zek all into one server we are following Rallos Zek rule set. This means we no longer lose xp when we die to a PvP death, Sullon Zek was the only server with PvP that had no rules, so now its a total new experience for us. Sullon Zek was a Diety server so that now those who were are enemies we can now call friends or not. Anyone can PvP anyone here but you dont lose experience, Yay !

We are a loyal, honorable, and helpful to each other family raiding guild and currenttley our Guild Leader is out of Country serving in the armed forces. However she is able to keep in touch on the forums and email. Our Guld leaders name our Valkyriesong and Destikahr.

My in game name is Priyme, and a am just a loyal member. Our current goals our getting Kod-Taz Flagged, to continue with our Planar progression we are not quite in the Elemental plains yet but now with this merge we have a chance. We were a good Diety guild on Sullon Zek and made up about 10% of the population of the server, the rest were Nuetral, and Evil Dieties. The Evil Dieties has control of the server, it was very difficult to progress. One bard training a raid, like Rallos Zek the Warlord can ruin everything. We are also dabbling in Omens as well and all around just having fun.

There is one thing about are guild that no one can take away, we withstood the overwhelming advances of the Dietys Wars on Sullon and survived and we have not accepted any offers to become any other guild's "feeder guild" we are our own guild as always. We shall not ever accept theses higher teir Zek guild's offers to become their "feeder guilds" just to get flagged and geared quickly, no we shall never accept a pyrrhric gain like that. We are equals or we are enemies. Those that we have refused have put DKP bounty on our heads, Hah, we survived Sullon Zek this means little too us, all tho we would and have extended our hands out honorably for alliances as equals. If the other guild accepts there are no strings attached, if they want to help us or we help them then it shall be done. Arrangements like this would have to be done by our Guild Leaders and Officers and theirs alike. We really wanted to ally with the remaining Sullon Zek ilk and let go of the past and welcome the future.

So for now we enjoy playing, Pk'ing, questing, tradeskilling and progressing as we always have. Its just more easier now.
