Adding Logo
Removing "Your Logo Here" image:
Can't get rid of the default logo? Follow the steps below to remove it and then add your own.
1. On your site, go to your Admin pages.
2. Then click "Control Layout Manager".
3. In the header section, click the check box by the default logo and click "Remove Selected".
4. After it is removed you can then add your own logo as outlined below.
The default logo at the top of the page is just a placeholder for your real logo that you upload. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Login with your admin/officer account
2. Click the Admin Pages Link at the top and choose Control Editor
3. Select Image Control from the drop-down-list.
4. Enter an ID for your logo, such as myGuildLogo
5. Click the image icon to select your logo from your guild`s directory. If the logo hasn`t been uploaded yet, click the Upload link at the bottom of the window that popped up when you clicked the Icon.
6. Once you have uploaded/selected the logo, click the Save Button
You have created an Image Control, now you must add the control to your web-site layout.
1. Click the Admin Pages link, and go to the Layout Manager
2. Look at this image to get an idea of the page being discussed.
3. Select the Element in the Header table named "imgLogo" (the default logo), and then click the Delete Selected icon to remove the temporary image.
4. In the Available Controls list, you should see the ID of the Image Control you added in the Control Editor. Make sure the drop-down-list has the Header Panel selected. Click the Thumb-tack icon to insert the logo in the Header.
5. The logo is put at the last spot, move the controls in the Header by clicking the arrows to move them to the desired position.
Centering your Logo:
1. Goto the Style Manager
2. Choose imgLogo (or Logo, or Banner, or some variation depending on what you might have named it) in the "Select The Element" section (it's almost at the very bottom)
3. A few lines down select "Center" in the Text Alignment drop down menu
4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page. Voila!
