Admin Pages Menu (Your access to exploring your site!)
The Admin Pages Menu is critical to the functioning and development of your guild site. Without this menu you wouldn't be able to add, well, anything!
This menu should appear as a small "Admin Pages" link around your banner upon logging into your site as the primary administrator. This Admin Pages menu will also be available to those you assign administration rights to, so they can adjust things as well!
Briefly defined below are each of the links you will see in this Admin Pages menu. If you have any questions about the functionality of these links please post your questions in the forums at guilds
STYLE/LAYOUT Style Manager
When selecting the Admin Pages link a menu opens up on the left of your site. To close this menu this is the first link you must click.
Control Editor
Under the Style/Layout section is the "Style Manager" link. This link takes you to all the "beutifying" of your site, from color adjustments to menu alignments.
Control Layout Manager
The Control Layout Manager places all images and buttons on your site.
Custom Page Manager
Our service does not provide some of the more detailed pages that your guild might wish to use, such as a Charter page. You can create quite a diversity of pages from this menu, especially if you have some HTML knowledge. If you're unsure how to create a custom page or are interested in specifics of a design, feel free to use our message forums.
File Manager
The File Manager stores all your images and button icons you wish to use for your site. Currently this is limited to images ONLY, sorry no flash or other file support at this time.
MEMBER ADMINISTRATION Guild Application Setup
Want to recruit members? This is the way to do it! Go into here to setup an application page, then use the Control Editor to assign the page to a button, then use the Control Layout Manager to place that button on your website.
Member Manager
This is the place to go to add members to your guild, add passwords, edit member privileges, and more!
RAID MANAGEMENT Encounter Management
Database monsters, creatures, etc. here for future reference and raid tracking purposes.
Raid Manager
Add members and edit members raid points here. Just finished a raid? Add the points here and assign the points to the members, all with just a couple clicks of the mouse! You'll use this section most often for hard-core guilds.
Item Management
Database items, money, etc. here for future reference and raid tracking purposes.
Purchase Management
Database purchases and bank items here for future reference and raid tracking purposes.
FORUM MANAGEMENT Forum Manager
Add forums, edit them, assign privileges for moderating purposes, and much more here. This is your discussion window for your guild.
