Darkness Falls on an Unholy World
Darkness falls on an unholy world,
A world once fathomed by dragons,
Now abandoned by them,
Left to be watched by the Unseen Ones.
Darkness falls on an unholy world
As the tree of Melandru bleeds,
As the monument of Balthazar burns,
As Dwayna lays shattered,
And as Grenth and Lyssa lay hidden in the dark.
Darkness falls on an unholy world
But the daughter of Dwayna will lead it,
Showing it salvation and redemption,
And freedom from its false dreams,
As the Unseen Ones tempt it
To remain with its misguided beliefs.
Darkness falls on an unholy world,
But light is not far off.
