I dont think so I think your primary determines your armor you can use. I might be wrong.

I think that a rangerwarrior would be able to wear heavy armor. But this in turn would lower your archery ability and since youd be up close since your a warrior that would make the ranger side a bit useless till you backed out at which point your warrior side is useless.. and the armor is still lowering your archery. Just my thought.

Anyone aware if there is any special advantages to strickly focusing on one profession insteading of dual classing I dont want to kill my evil aappeal by watering it down with some kinda Elementalist profession just because if I dont dual class Im going to lose out on a bunch of different advantages. Not saying that a Elementalist cant be evil the other classes just dont sound as evil hehehe

So if you dual-class you can basically put skill points into any category of two different professions and have them all in one skillspell list at your disposal

I read the FAQ of the official site and they said there was no advantage or disadvantage of taking only one profession

If I chose a Necromancerwarior will i be able to wear armors and use swords like warriors could

You can only use the armor of your primary class. So multiclassing to a warior would allow you to use swords but not to wear their armor.

Ok ill clear this all up.
Your primary class is what you are it deterimains your class healing tank range nuker hexer so forth.
Your secondary class basicly takes moves from that proffesion and allows you the use. you get nothing else. you get points to boost these skills and you dont get every skill of your secondary profession.
I am a ranger elementlist and love it I can send my pet in while sitting in the back blasting away if theres a group send in pet and nuke away. if they get to close then switch weps to a sword or other melee weapon.another good combo would be ranger Mesmer.
