Dathomir POI's

Dathomir is a primitive, murky world located in the outer rim territories of the galaxy. Centuries ago, the Old Republic banished a rogue Jedi Knight named Allya to Dathomir's primitive wilderness, where she encountered a colony of former exiles. The thriving world was strong with life energy, and Allya taught the colony's women to master the Force-even how to tame the terrifying rancors that ran wild through the thick evergreen forests. Not a planet for the timid.

Imperial Prison
Dathomir is home to an Imperial Prison, where the republic will send criminals meant to be forgotten (and they frequently are).
Although the Nightsisters have very little tolerance of men, they are not above using them for slave labor. A number of slave labor camps dot Dathomir.

Nightsister Forced Labor Camp

Dathomir Tarpits
Nearly four hundred years before the rise of the Empire, the Jedi spaceborne academy Chu'unthor crashed in a Dathomir tar pit. The Jedi sent to recover the wrecked ship, including the great Master Yoda, were driven off by the Nightsisters.
The trade outpost, is the common location for wary travelers to this dangerous planet. Trade in Dathomir goods is usually based on a few rare resources that are unique to Dathomir, as well as infant creatures that can potentially be tamed.

Trade Outpost

Crashed Ship
The ship bears the resemblance of a Correllian corvette, but it's a lot smaller, and the ship is torn into half so proper identification is difficult at best.

There are tents and the remains of people scattered about the site.
Mighty falls plummet down the great cliffs. When the water strikes the rocks below, the spray travels an amazing distance causing a haze to cover the entire region, thus given the falls their name.

Dathomir Misty Falls

Nightsister Stronghold
As the name states this is the stronghold for the Nightsister clan. Weaponsmiths and Pike afficianados will love this location for the bounty it can provide them. Not to mention tons of XP.
Legend told around scout camps at night:
"It is unknown how a clan of Nightsisters came to inhabit a cave so close to the lands of their most hated foes, the Singing Mountain Clan. Those few who have ventured into the area and lived to tell the tale speak of large gaping spiders working as companions to the Spider Clan Nightsisters... helping with such things as daily chores and guarding the cave. The deepest recesses of the cave are home to the largest of the gaping spiders and even the Spider Clan witches rarely dare those depths. Only the web dancers venture into the deeper areas when in search of new spiders to train, but even they don't know what awaits in the darkest corners of the cave."

Nightsister Cult Cave

Dathomir Sarlacc
Altough its origins are unknown, the lesser Sarlacc of Dathomir is still almost as frightening as is larger relative on Tatooine.

Little is known about the way Sarlaccs grow and live due to the extreme danger associated with studying them. If you go to see this, have a doctor handy.
The Singing Mountain clan are a group of force sensitive people. People who have seen the home of the Singing Mountain Clan return with strange reports of unusual sights.

Singing Mountain Clan

Spider Hunter Cave
Where one would think that this is a great place to hunt spiders (and it is), if you don't have a high enough combat level, the spiders in this cave will more than likely be hunting you.
