I don't believe it. There was an official announcement about beta 1. We finally made it. We are finally here in it. Invitations to apply started going out to those that are registered. A quick check on the boards yielded the discussion about some of those lucky to have received theirs and others having received two. Apparently there was an error in the first one (no user name) from Sigil and the second one correcting the error.

This is great news for some and Sigil but, WHERE IS MINE?

It is hard to play like you are brain dead sometimes but when you really don't know anything about instancing or the new AES system it is easy. I had to undergo an hour of training to get the jest of it. But I still think that it (instancing) a grown up modern version of moongating. Can Brad or somebody agree or disagree with that (without name calling please). I am so tired of a hearing about a roll of paper towels being in the same room for different groups for the same quest simultaneously. Get your feet out of my face. I am working on understanding AES now.

After people made it clear that they wanted holdstered weaponts and I responded that we weren't sure if we could/would do it, the art team came back to me and said it was indeed doable and that they'd give it a shot.

I know that he cannot mean that we'll all run around looking like John Wayne can he? I guess this so you do not run around holding a sword all of the time. Great! Does this include holstering bows as well? Arrows are already placed in a quiver right?

At least this week there did not seem to be a lot of nasty fighting (a little), just the same thing. Which is better pie or cake? What type of pie? What are Glip's best closing the discussion statements? Every one seems to be bored, how many times can we beat up a cake before the flour fly's? There was a terrific discussion regarding monitors and display resolution. How big is too big? One more poll. What was one of the worst unforgettable movies that you have seen?
