Reputation

Reputation illustrates your standing among various groups
in the World of Warcraft. The groups will differ depending on
your faction and race and other considerations. This helps
determine who among the NPC groups are your friends,
and who are your enemies.
How you play the game, who you kill etc, determines your reputation with these other groups. Some quests often pit you against various groups and if you don't want to become their enemy, you may not want to take that quest. The bars on the picture show which groups you have any reputation with and whether it is good or bad. You can always try to improve your reputation by doing deeds for your enemies, but be sure you're picking the right ones to befriend. |
